Ethics for designers: What’s cultural relativism?

When your moral principles are what your society approves of. This is maybe one popular and relatively well-known position: cultural relativism (CR). It can be defined as such: “Good” means “socially approved”. In other words, it claims that good and bad are relative to culture.
